- Karen Tiegler, Practice Administrator
Karen Tiegler is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 15 years of dedicated leadership experience. Karen currently serves as the Practice Executive/Administrator for HealthFront, P.C. Prior to executive leadership, Karen served HealthFront as Practice Administrator and as Office Manager, contributing to every part of the company’s growth and success.
Karen earned her MBA from the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico, where she developed a strong foundation in finance and strategic management. Throughout her career with HeatlhFront, she has been instrumental in navigating her organization through periods of significant corporate change, demonstrating an ability to implement effective governance structures and strategic initiatives.
Her expertise in human resources and benefits administration has enabled a supportive and productive work environment for the healthcare professionals under her leadership. Karen's planning and budgeting skills have been pivotal in driving the practice's growth and operational efficiency. Karen applies her experience and skills to create a sustainable business environment, allowing the HealthFront providers to focus on delivering exceptional care.
Karen is a volunteer board member of the Santa Fe Treehouse Camp, and a longstanding member of The Doctor’s Company Regional Advisory Board. Karen is the mother of two successful humans and a fan of Liverpool Soccer. Allez Allez Allez!
- Frances Wilson, Assistant Practice Administrator
Frances Wilson is the Assistant Practice Administrator for HealthFront and has been with the group since June 2009. She is a graduate from New Mexico State University with a Bachelors degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. Prior to joining the HealthFront team, Frances worked as an advertising account executive for Santa Fe's local newspaper, The Santa Fe New Mexican, as well as contributing some freelance writing. Frances is originally from Deming, New Mexico. Frances and her husband Jeremy enjoy spending time outdoors with their children, Laney and Logan.
- Paula Gonzales, Assistant to the Medical Director
Paula Gonzales serves as Assistant to the Medical Director. After working for several years as a contractor, she officially signed on with HealthFront in 2017. She received her BA with honors from the University of New Mexico with a double major in Political Science and Communication.
Paula provides administrative support to the Medical Director and to the physicians and PAs working in the Emergency Department. Her primary areas of expertise include process improvement, department throughput, quality, project management, data mining and analysis, technical and professional writing, and performance metrics.
Prior to joining Healthfront, Paula worked as a research associate in a federally funded optical based trace gas detection laboratory and as an emergency medical scribe. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Health Adminstration with a concentration in leadership and organizational development at the University of New Mexico. In her free time, she enjoys working on her family farm, supporting the Argentina National Futbol Team, learning about world history, science, and other fun facts, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
