Certified Physician Assistant

HealthFront P.C. is a small physician-owned group looking for motivated team-oriented PAs to join our Practice. We have been the emergency medicine providers for our community and hospital for over forty years. 

We staff the busy 46 bed ED of Christus St Vincent Regional Medical Center and care for a diverse population. You will see a wide variety of pathology, trauma, and complexity as well as work with people from diverse cultures. The PA’s work closely with the doctors, who are  motivated and willing to teach, while also working independently to the full scope of practice. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience who wants a fulfilling career in emergency medicine. The preferred candidate will be experienced and comfortable in the Emergency Setting, be self-motivated, ready to learn, and take excellent care of patients in a busy, high acuity setting.

HealthFront believes in work life balance. Our PA staff works between 12 and 14 shifts per month, allowing for ample days off.  Additionally, HealthFront offers approximately 2 weeks of paid time off (accrued monthly).  

Compensation includes competitive pay, PTO, and generous benefits (including malpractice insurance, health insurance, company funded health savings accounts, short term disability, profit sharing, and a yearly CME allowance). HealthFront is currently offering a $10,000 signing/relocation bonus.

Santa Fe is a high desert mountain city, 20 minutes from the ski area, mountain biking, rock climbing, and expansive hiking in the surrounding forests and parks. It has a large artistic community, outdoor summer concerts, and a world class opera.  You have your pick of microbreweries and unique restaurants. Santa Fe is one hour from Albuquerque International Airport, but with the feel of living in a small town.
