Paula Gonzales

Assistant to the Medical Director

Paula Gonzales serves as Assistant to the HealthFront Medical Director. After working for several years as a contractor, she officially signed on with HealthFront in 2017. She received her BA degree with honors from the University of New Mexico with a double major in Political Science and Communication.

Paula provides administrative support to the Medical Director and to the physicians and PAs working on shift in the Emergency Department. Her primary areas of expertise include process improvement, department throughput, data mining and analysis, technical and professional writing, and performance metrics.

 In her free time, she enjoys working on her family farm, traveling, world history, music, movies, and spending time with her husband and daughters.
